Jjim Jil Bang Room Features:
Uses of infrared rays: infrared rays act like sunlight but do not contain harmful ultraviolet rays. Infrared sauna is a modern form of sauna by using a light beam to shine deep into the skin, heating the body, causing the body to sweat, helping to improve blood circulation, promote the creation of new cells, while with a normal sauna, the heat will only affect the surface of the skin.
